Q What is your MOQ?
A Different MOQ for different kinds of products, e.g. 500pcs for lacrosse balls, 3000 pcs for pet toys, etc. Contact us for more information about MOQ. Even lower MOQ is also acceptable for trial order.

Q Do you have R&D department?
A Sure, over 10 professional staffs with much innovation in our R&D department to design, drew, mold-making, or something like that.

Q Is your rubber material non-toxic?
A The materials we use are natural and eco-friendly, which can pass test of phthalate, azo, cadmium, PAHs, lead, etc. Our rubber have passed NSF and FDA international standards and we are also ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified.

Q What types of art files does Vking Rubber accept?
A We only accept artwork in a digital format.
For a 1 color print, a PDF (Adobe Portable Document Format) will work very well. High resolution TIFs may also be acceptable.
For multiple color artwork, the best formats are Adobe Illustrator files, (.AI), EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) or Corel DRAW version 11 or lower, (.CDR). All fonts must be converted to curves, paths or outlines.
Pixilated files such as TIF, BMP, JPG, GIF and PNG are not appropriate for print jobs that require printing in spot colors because they can't separate properly for printing.

Q Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A We are a factory absolutely and we provide a factory-direct service.

Q Is Mold charge refundable?
A Yes, mold charge is refundable with certain quantity according to different product, e.g. Lacrosse mold charge is refundable with order quantity 200,000pcs per year.

Q What great brands are you cooperating?
A Some great brands, like Brine, STX, Warrior for lacrosse balls, also some famous domestic brands, such as Midea, GERR, Haier, etc.

Q Do you provide free samples?
A Yes, we provide available samples in our stock. Free for real samples, but freight cost. If we don’t have samples in stock, sample cost is requested.

Q Which trade term are acceptable?
A FOB, CNF, CIF, DDP, Ex Work(factory) usually, the other ways can be negotiated.

Q What is payment term?
A 30% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, Paypal & Cash. Can be negotiated.
